Notice is hereby given that Group One Partners, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation with its registered office at 600 N 2nd Street, Suite 401, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, has filed its Articles of Dissolution of Domestic Corporation, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Business Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approved May 5, 1933, as amended, and that the said corporation is winding up its affairs in the manner prescribed by law. The Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has issued a Dissolution Clearance Certificate, and Group One Partners, Inc. is hereby dissolved.
