NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Knights Athletic Booster Club, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation with its registered office at c/o Corporation Service Company, 5235 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110, is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of said nonprofit corporation. The corporation will be filing a Voluntary Dissolution [Never Transacted Business] with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, PA, so that its existence shall be ended by issuance of a Certificate of Dissolution by the Department of State under the provisions of the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 (as amended).
