NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that American College of Veterinary Radiology Research and Educational Foundation, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation with its registered office at 777 East Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17105, is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of said nonprofit corporation. The corporation will be filing Nonprofit Articles of Dissolution with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, PA, so that its existence shall be ended by issuance of a Certificate of Dissolution by the Department of State under the provisions of the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 (as amended).
