NONPROFIT ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Nonprofit Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on November 20, 2025, for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Incorporation under the provisions of the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. The name of the proposed nonprofit corporation is Red Devils Men's Lacrosse Booster Club. It will be organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as thereafter amended, for the exclusive purpose of: to promote, foster, and support amateur sports competition in the game of men's lacrosse, specifically for the students of Dickinson College.
