NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chambersburg Beverage, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation with its registered office at 141 E Market St, York, PA 17401, is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of said corporation. The corporation will be filing Articles of Dissolution with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, PA, so that its corporate existence shall be ended by issuance of a Certificate of Dissolution by the Department of State under the provisions of the Business Corporation Law of 1988 (as amended).
