NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Articles of Incorporation were approved by the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, PA on the 14th day of April 2025 for the purpose of incorporating a nonprofit corporation under the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988.
