PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME NOTICE In the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania Docket No: 2025-CV-02545-NC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 26, 2025, the Petition for Change of Name was filed in the above-named court, requesting a decree to change the name on her birth certificate from Michele J. Williams to Michele J. Ancheff The Court has fixed July 14, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom No. # 12, Seventh Floor, at, 25 South Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17101 as the time and place for the hearing on said Petition, when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause if any they have, why the prayer of the said Petition should not be granted.
