NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Letters Testamentary have been granted in the ESTATE OF KEITH A. HORNING, late of Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, who died on December 21, 2025, to Robin G. Henry, Executrix, of 1014 Southfield Court, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
