NONPROFIT ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Nonprofit Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on June 1, 2026, for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Incorporation under the provisions of the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. The name of the proposed nonprofit corporation is Harry F. DeFrank Memorial Foundation. It will be organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as thereafter amended, for the exclusive purpose of: to raise funds to support student scholarships and educational initiatives, including support for the Trinity High School community and related scholarship funds.
